Lavenham – Stepping back in time with crooked houses, cream teas
This half-timbered house is one of many in Lavenham, Suffolk, which dates back to medieval times. Lavenham has a rich history and was once a famous wool town. It has more than 300 buildings listed as being of architectural and historial interest. In the reign of Henry VIII, the town was ranked as the 14th wealthiest in England.
