U.S. Air Force and British civilian firefighters, assigned to the 100th Civil Engineer Squadron Fire Department, carry out confined space training at the purpose-built facility on Royal Air Force Mildenhall, England, April 14, 2022. The fire department conducts a full confined-space drill at least four times a year for firefighters to meet training requirements. It’s vital for them to stay proficient with confined space and rescue to ensure they can successfully respond to real-world emergencies.
