Airmen ride to resiliency
After receiving a “Four Lenses” briefing, which describes the four color-coded temperaments denoting how someone views and reacts to the world around them, Team Mildenhall Airmen work on a poster describing the perfect roller-coaster for Airmen of the opposite temperament May 17, 2013, during a resiliency training trip to Thorpe Park, a theme park in Surrey, England. Creating the poster tested how well the Airmen understood the perspectives of their peers. (U.S. Air Force photo by Airman 1st Class Preston Webb/Released)
