ADAPT does NOT treat dependents, retirees (VA) or contractors.
They will be seen on a space available basis for a one time evaluation and referred to an off base treatment facility as needed.

Family Advocacy Office is responsible for
programs such as:
- Family Outreach Program
- New Parent Support Program (NPSP)
- Maltreatment Program

Services offered include:
- Anger Management Classes
- Stress Management Classes
- Relationship Enhancement Classes
- Home visitation for expecting parents
- Family violence reporting via an Unrestricted Report or a Restricted Report (RR)
- Family Advocacy Strength-Based Therapy Services (FAST)

Secondary prevention counseling services designed to provide psychosocial assessments and therapeutic interventions to families at risk for maltreatment where there is no open maltreatment record and the family is not eligible for New Parent Support Program.

tabMilitary Family Life Consultant (MFLC) Program

The Military Family Life Consultant (MFLC) Program is funded by DoD and has counselors worldwide with all branches of service. They provide:

- Masters/PhD level
- Non-medical short term, situational problem solving counseling to service members and their families
- Psycho-education to help service members
- Service in-office or at a location preferred by the counselee (except their home)
- Individual, couple and group counseling and services
- Confidential with no records kept (with exception of Duty to Warn)
tabDemand Reduction Program 
The Demand Reduction Program's mission is to reduce the demand for drugs by means of briefings, programs and drug-abuse testing.

Urinalysis testing is conducted nearly every day for the purpose of deterring drug abuse and detecting those who won't be deterred.

Briefings are given as often as possible to commanders, at commander's calls, at the First-term Airmen Center, to newcomers, students, parents and any other interested group.

The Health and Wellness Center (HAWC) was developed to promote and optimize healthy living for Airmen and their families.  Staff members can be contacted by phoning, e-mailing, or visiting the centers at RAFs Lakenheath or Mildenhall.

What's offered
Both centers present a multitude of classes taught by an exercise physiologist and supported by a staff of nutrition specialists. There are three classes geared to assist the active duty member to successfully meet Air Force fitness standards.

Those classes are: 
-- Healthy Living Program
-- Body Circumference Improvement Program
-- Fitness Improvement Program Follow Up.

Other classes are open to the base population and include: 
-- Tobacco Cessation 
-- Healthy Eating 
-- Achieving Realistic Targets 
-- Prenatal Course 
-- Behavior Modification
-- Fitness 101
-- Nutrition 101
-- Eating for Hypertension
-- Sensible Weight.

The center is constantly adding new and innovative classes requested by customers, so check with the staff to see if there is something of interest.

The centers are open Mondays through Fridays, from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., and are closed on all American federal holidays and down days.

Sexual Assault Prevention and Response Office

The Sexual Assault Prevention and Response Program provides the ability for Active Duty victims of sexual assault to choose the restricted or unrestricted reporting option.

Any victim of sexual assault may contact the Sexual Assault Response Coordinator (SARC) who will explain reporting options and answer any questions the victim may have regarding the reporting process.

The SARC also provides one-on-one direct interpersonal support to victims, crisis intervention, referral and ongoing support. The victim can request to work with a volunteer victim advocate who can provide victim assistance through initial investigative, legal and recovery processes.

RAFs Mildenhall and Lakenheath Chapels

The Chapel's vision is to glorify God, honor Airmen and to serve all. The chapel staff is available to deliver spiritual fitness to the war fighters and family members at RAFs Mildenhall and Lakenheath.

Chaplains offer confidential counseling, spiritual coaching, and guarantee First Amendment rights for freedom of worship.

RAF Mildenhall chaplains are available 24 hours a day, daily at DSN 238-2822 or DSN 238-2121 (after duty hours). 

RAF Lakenheath chaplains are also available 24 hours a day, and a chaplain is available after duty hours for emergencies. The RAF Lakenheath chapel can be reached at DSN 226-3711.
