CDC, SAP implement new fees

9/28/2012 - RAF MILDENHALL, England -- The RAF Mildenhall Child Development Center and School Age Program will implement new fees for school year 2012-2013 effective Oct. 1, 2012. Charges are based on the total family income per household. Members registered or wishing to register at the CDC or SAP must provide their most recent W-2 forms, current Leave and Earnings Statement, and all other pay statements for use to verify their TFI. Both programs will automatically charge Category IX to all families that do not provide this information.
The new fees are as follows:
