Fitness at a whole new level

RAF MILDENHALL, England --
Four individuals with ties to RAFs Mildenhall and Lakenheath recently competed in the National Body Builders Association, Midland novice and professional/amateur competition in Birmingham.
Kris Lumm, an Air Force dependant and fitness instructor at RAF lakenheath's gym, brought back a second place in the Figure and Tone Category. Sabrina Cofield also a dependant and fitness instructor finished fourth in the same category.
John Wales, a fitness instructor at the Lakenheath gym, took second place in the 40-plus Category after placing first in the category for the last two years. Lastly Ryan Greer, a military dependant finished first place in the Men's Novice Category.
"It's all about being healthy and feeling good about yourself" said Cofield with a bright smile when asked what got her into body building.
"I want to feel good about myself as I age," said Mr. Wales "and see how far I can go"
