Women's History Month heritage flight
RAF MILDENHALL, England -- Aircrews assigned to the 351st Air Refueling Squadron gave female Airmen assigned to the 100th Air Refueling Wing a tour of parked KC-135 Stratotanker before an all-female flight in light of women’s history month at Royal Air Force Mildenhall. Female aircrews assigned to the 351st Air Refueling Squadron performed a question and answer session with female Airmen from a range of units. Before the flight, an AFE technician performed a safety brief, ensuring safety for pilots and passengers by providing safety equipment. The flight highlighted Team Mildenhall’s women’s ability to complete every aspect of the wing mission, providing responsive air refueling and agile combat support across the full range of military operations.
