Lavenham – Stepping back in time with crooked houses, cream teas

Scones, clotted cream and strawberry jam are the staple ingredients of a traditional English cream tea, which abound in Lavenham, Suffolk. The town, famous for its half-timbered, crooked houses, dates back to medieval times and made its fortunes as a wool town.
