Lavenham – Stepping back in time with crooked houses, cream teas
The Crooked House in Lavenham, Suffolk, was built in the early 15th century as part of a medieval hall house. It's now a tea room and art gallery featuring the work of various local artists, jewellers and sculptors. The picturesque town is quintessentially English. Cafes, antique shops, small boutiques and those selling fresh, local produce are all located along the High Street. (U.S. Air Force photo by Karen Abeyasekere/Released)
