Digging up bones
John Sims, an archeologist for Suffolk County Council, England, sketches a drawing March 14 of human remains prior to removing the bones for further study at the company's home office. The skeleton was found during an excavation of land where new base housing is planned to be constructed. It was estimated on site to be of 1st Century AD. Roman descent between 1,900 and 2,000 years old. Mr. Sims has worked for Suffolk County Council for one and a half months, and the skeleton is his first significant find. (Air Force photo by Tech.
