Chief Master Sergeant James A. Wall Jr.

Chief Master Sergeant James A. Wall Jr. is the Command Chief Master Sergeant, 100th Air Refueling Wing, Royal Air Force Mildenhall, United Kingdom. He serves as the principal senior enlisted advisor to the 100th ARW commander on issues affecting the health, welfare, morale, training, development, and utilization of more than 3,000 enlisted Airmen. The 100 ARW has the sole responsibility of conducting aerial refueling and combat support operations throughout Europe and Africa. Additionally, the installation supports four United States Air Force major command flying programs and more than 16,800 military civilians, dependents and retiree personnel including USAF in Europe-United Kingdom, the 501st Combat Support Wing, 352d Special Operations Wing, U.S. Army and five other partner units.

CMSgt Wall enlisted in the Air Force in December of 2001. He is originally from Columbia, South Carolina. He graduated Air Transportation 3 level technical training on April 30, 2002. His background includes various duties and titles in the Air Transportation career field to include Chief of Air Operations and Superintendent of Air Terminal Operations. He has deployed in support of Operations IRAQI FREEDOM, INHERENT RESOLVE, SPARTAN SHIELD, NEW DAWN, FREEDOMS SENTINEL, ATLANTIC RESOLVE and completed overseas tours in South Korea, Alaska, Italy, Qatar and Japan. Prior to assuming his current position, he served as the Senior Enlisted Leader A4, Headquarters United States Air Forces Europe, United States Air Forces Africa, Ramstein AB, Germany.
