100th Air Refueling Wing:

Conducts air refueling and combat support operations throughout Europe and Africa. Sole U.S. tanker wing in USAFE-AFAFRICA supporting U.S. and NATO partners employing its 17 assigned KC-135 aircraft. Provides critical air bridge capabilities, enabling U.S. forces to deploy around the globe. Supports over 16K military and civilian personnel, dependents, and retirees, to include USAFE-UK, the 501st Combat Support Wing, 352d Special Operations Wing, U.S. Army, and five other partner units.

 

100th Comptroller Squadron:

Chief financial advisor to the 100 ARW and staff. Formulates, defends and executes $105M budget for USAFE-AFAFRICA’s sole air refueling fleet. Provides analysis and accounting support for the 100 ARW and partner units, including the 501st Combat Support Wing, and the 352d Special Operations Wing. Delivers financial customer service to 16.8K military, civilian, dependent, and retiree personnel throughout the United Kingdom.

 

100th Operations Group:

Responsible for planning, intelligence support, scheduling & execution of USAFE-AFAFRICA air refueling operations across Europe and Africa. The Group's 2 squadrons operate 15 KC-135 aircraft in support of multi-service, allied & coalition receiver aircraft flying training, exercise & contingency missions. The unit serves as an Air Expeditionary Group of at least 3 squadrons & maintains and operates the only 24-hour United States Air Force airfield in the United Kingdom.

100th Operations Support Squadron:

Provides training, operational & expeditionary support to 5 USAF MAJCOMs & NATO allies in the European and African theaters, to include flight scheduling, mission planning, tactics, combat crew communications, weather, aircrew flight equipment, flight & jump records management, KC-135 simulator, survival training & data analysis. Manages the wing flying-hour program, RAF Fairford's remote radio, tower & weather support & maintains the United Kingdom's only 24-hour USAF airfield.

351st Air Refueling Squadron:

Provides operational air refueling, aeromedical evacuation, airlift, and rapid contingency response operations for U.S. and NATO fighter, bomber, support, and reconnaissance aircraft in airspace overlying the Atlantic Ocean, Europe, Africa, and Southwest Asia. Protects U.S. interests by employing 27 combat mission-ready KC-135 aircrews and 15 aircraft for contingency, Special Operations & training missions from the United Kingdom and forward operating locations.

 

100th Maintenance Group:

Maintains full spectrum aircraft and equipment maintenance, ensuring aerial refueling operations, tactical airlift, special operations & C2 ISR readiness throughout EUCOM & AFRICOM AORs. Generates 17 mission-ready KC-135s for USAF's only organic air refueling capability in theater for U.S. and NATO partners, deploying personnel and equipment in their support. Provides back shop capability for 7 MC-130J, 2 RC-135, & 7 CV-22 aircraft.

 

100th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron:

Provides sortie generation, aircraft maintenance, & fleet sustainment of 17 KC-135 aircraft valued at $1.1B executing refueling, organic cargo movement, air combat support, & aeromedical evacuation capabilities in 3 CCMDs. Sole USAF air refueling capability in theater supporting critical missions for U.S. & NATO partners. Ensure readiness & logistics of 220 personnel & equipment while employed in place.

 

100th Maintenance Squadron:

Prepares 290+ combat-ready Airmen across 12 AFSCs for EUCOM and AFRICOM taskings, ensuring successful execution of HHQ and OPLAN directives. Delivers expert on and off equipment aircraft maintenance, inspections, and fuel system repairs. Sustains a tri-MAJCOM fleet of 35 KC/RC-135s, MC-130s, & CV-22s, enabling EUCOM's sole air refueling, SOF Air Commando, & ISR missions, providing logistics support for strategic objectives.

 

100th Maintenance Operations Flight

Maintains full spectrum aircraft and equipment maintenance, ensuring aerial refueling operations, tactical airlift, special operations & C2 ISR readiness throughout EUCOM & AFRICOM AORs. Generates 17 mission-ready KC-135s for USAF's only organic air refueling capability in theater for U.S. and NATO partners, deploying personnel and equipment in their support. Provides back shop capability for 7 MC-130J, 2 RC-135, & 7 CV-22 aircraft.

 

100th Mission Support Group:

Provides base operating support to the only 24-hour USAF airfield in the United Kingdom, enabling 4 MAJCOM flying programs and air refueling operations across the European & African theaters. Supports 4 wings, ensuring base capes to deploy, receive, employ, and sustain AFFORGEN. Responsible for Quality of Life, personnel programs, facilities, civil engineering, communications, vehicles, materiel, and security for 16K active duty, civilians, dependents, and retirees.

 

100th Civil Engineer Squadron:

Provides comprehensive civil engineering support to the 100 ARW & partner units utilizing a $35M annual budget. Constructs, maintains, repairs, & operates 1,112 base facilities and a 9,214-foot runway. Provides fire protection, emergency management, & environmental oversight to more than 16K people. Maintains 47 mobility teams with personnel ready to deploy worldwide at all times.

 

100th Communications Squadron:

Delivers C4I capabilities by operating & defending key terrain in cyberspace while enhancing operations across all domains through resilient infrastructure. Provides secure & unsecure data, voice, radio frequency, spectrum ops, long-haul connectivity, and the theater's sole tanker ACE C2 link capabilities. Directs cybersecurity & knowledge management programs for 3 wings & 4 geographically separated units.

 

100th Force Support Squadron:

Provides comprehensive customer support to 7 MAJCOMs & combat forces assigned to 4 COCOMs. Supports morale and welfare of 16.8K patrons by enhancing readiness, esprit de corps and Quality of Life for 3 wings across 26 GSUs. Directs postal, readiness, education, sustainment, recreation, mortuary, child & youth programs and Norway and UK-wide manpower, military and civilian personnel servicing while maintaining fiscal control of $18M APF and NAF funds and assets.

 

100th Logistics Readiness Squadron:

Provides comprehensive logistics to 2 wings, 4 partner units, and 4 GSUs. Stores, inventories, and issues 25M gallons of JP-8 worth $92M and $286M in assets, including a 570-vehicle fleet. Trains UDMs, cargo monitors, deployment personnel and equipment managers. Manages passenger travel and household goods shipments for 16K personnel, supporting movement of 1.6K tons of cargo. Manages 23 support agreements, WRM, and directs base reception and deployment operations.

 

100th Security Forces Squadron:

Defends a 1,167-acre base hosting 16K personnel, protecting $4 billion of warfighting assets across two dynamic wings. Maintains 31 UTCs totaling a 267-person mobility commitment. Conducts pre-deployment combat training for all installation personnel. Manages the United Kingdom’s vehicle registration program for 4 installations. Administers critical programs including military working dog, law enforcement, protection-level, resource, force protection, and mission assurance.
