Bass spoke with Team Mildenhall senior NCOs during a leadership and team workshop at Royal Air Force Mildenhall, Dec. 11. Bass took the opportunity to highlight her priorities of People, Readiness and Culture while emphasizing Air Force Chief of Staff Gen. Charles Q. Brown’s “Accelerate Change or Lose” initiative.
