ROYAL AIR FORCE MILDENHALL, England --

U.S. Air Force Col. Gene Jacobus took command of the 100th Air Refueling Wing at a change of command ceremony at RAF Mildenhall, England, July 19, 2021. Maj. Gen. Randall Reed, 3rd Air Force commander, presided over the ceremony as Col. Troy Pananon relinquished command.
