Community Assessment Survey: Your opinion counts!

RAF MILDENHALL, England --  The deadline for the U.S. Air Force Community Assessment Survey is June 30, 2013.

Active duty, reservists, guardsmen and Department of Defense civilian employees should click on the link previously sent in an e-mail; spouses were provided an invitation postcard with the website details and how to complete the survey.

Results will help focus each installation's improvements of programs and services supporting military families. All responses will be kept anonymous and confidential.
