Why is serving in the Air Force important to you?
For several reasons, but the main reason would be the love I have for my country. It took me a while to recognize this in my career, but the United States is truly a special place to live in, and I am proud to protect it and the people that live there, especially my loved ones.

What accomplishment during your Air Force career are you most proud of?
Being able to raise two amazing daughters as an aviation resource manager always on the road.

What are your personal and/or professional goals?
My personal goals are to get my bachelor's degree in health care administration before I (undergo a permanent change of station) from RAF Mildenhall and to use that to get my nursing degree when I head back to the states. My professional goals are to make master sergeant, to step outside my career field for a while for some career broadening either as a professional military education instructor or first sergeant and to become a chief master sergeant.

How does the individual portray that core value? "Taylor epitomizes the Air Force core value of excellence in her day-to-day operations. She is the NCO in charge of a seven-person, three-career field section, which is responsible for the current and deployed operations of U.S. European Command specialized air power," said Master Sgt. Nathan Brownhill, 352nd SOSS Air Force Computing and Telecom Finance (A3) superintendent. "Her attention to detail is astounding and this personal capability allows for seamless operations. Her flight directly supports two geographical combatant commanders with special operations engagement requirements. Additionally, her actions have resonating effects on 28 NATO allied nations."
