How does the individual portray that core value? She is always in to work early and stays until the job is done regardless of the hours, said Staff Sgt. Samantha Marceron, 7th SOS Aviation Resource Management System assistant NCO in charge. She always volunteers to help out, not just in our shop, but other shops and organizations on base. Her hard work and dedication have made her a "go-to" Airman.

Why is serving in the Air Force important to you?
I feel I am a part of something that is bigger than me. I feel honored to be a part of something that works to maintain the freedom of our great country.

What accomplishment during your Air Force career are you most proud of?
I feel most proud of serving in the honor guard; to learn the time honored traditions to provide ceremonies for my fellow Airmen and service members that have given the ultimate sacrifice or to celebrate their great accomplishments. Serving my fellow Airmen gave me a sense of great accomplishment.

What are your personal and/or professional goals?
A personal goal of mine would be to finish my CCAF in aviation resource management by the end of my tour here in England. Professionally I am currently studying for staff sergeant and plan on retraining to paralegal.

What is your favorite part of your job?
My favorite part of my job is training new members. I really enjoy watching new Airmen from tech school learn and apply their skills. I know that they will be able to utilize these skills as well as teach other Airmen in the future.
