How does the individual portray that core value? Excellence In All We Do is instilled in A1C Lua. He consistently accepts and accomplishes any task with enthusiasm, while using his great imagination and knowledge of the job. His constant display of a can-do attitude always gets the job done with excellent results, which has quickly made him the go-to Airman in the squadron.

Why is serving in the Air Force important to you? The Air Force if important to me because it has given me the opportunity to serve my country while furthering my education at the same time.

What accomplishment during your Air Force career are you most proud of? The accomplishment I'm most proud of since I've been in the Air Force is when I was named the "Outstanding Air Force Airman Aviation Resource Manager of the Year for 2012" in the 352 SOG.

What are your personal and/or professional goals? My personal goals would include, taking advantage of my time overseas and seeing as many places as possible while also getting my education. My professional goal is to become a Chief Master Sgt. one day.


What is your favorite part of your job? Picking just one thing as my favorite would be very hard. It's a tie between working with both officer and enlisted force structures on a daily basis and knowing that I'm part of the huge process of getting an aircraft off the ground.
