Law & Order: Legal proceedings at RAF Mildenhall

RAF Mildenhall, England --  The following are recent legal proceedings at RAF Mildenhall:

Jan. 4, 2013 - A Staff Sergeant received a 12-month driving ban, administrative demotion to E-4, and a £425.00 fine for driving under the influence of alcohol.

Dec. 12, 2012 - A Senior Airman received a 15-month driving ban a £415.00 fine, and was reduced to E-3 for driving under the influence of alcohol.

Dec. 11, 2012 - A senior Airman received an Article 15 and suspended reduction in grade for being absent without official leave (AWOL) for three days or less.

Nov. 13, 2012 - A Senior Airman received a 20-month driving ban, administrative demotion to E-3, and a £305.00 fine for driving under the influence of alcohol.

Nov. 2, 2012 - An Airman received a general discharge for discreditable involvement with military or civilian authorities after being convicted by Special Court-Martial for dereliction of duty and abuse of a public animal. He served three months in confinement.

Oct. 11, 2012 - A Senior Airman received 24 weeks confinement, 12 months probation, 120 hours unpaid work, a lifetime ban on keeping dogs, and a £3,245.00 fine for three counts of animal cruelty. The member received a general discharge as an Airman First Class for discreditable involvement with military or civilian authorities.

Oct. 11, 2012 - A Staff Sergeant received an Article 15, suspended forfeiture of $600, reduction in grade to E-4, 45 days extra duty and a reprimand for being absent without official leave (AWOL) for three days or less and dereliction of duty for neglect.

Oct. 11, 2012 - A Staff Sergeant received an Article 15, forfeiture of $600, suspended reduction in grade to E-4, 30 days extra duty and a reprimand for dereliction of duty: neglect.

Oct. 5, 2012 - An Airman First Class received an honorable discharge for failure to progress in military training (Career Development Course failure).

Sept. 29, 2012 - A Master Sergeant was involved in an altercation at a British nightclub and received a police caution.

June 22, 2012 - An Airman First Class received an honorable discharge for failure to meet fitness standards.

Sept 29, 2012 - A Senior Airman was involved in an altercation at a British nightclub and received a police caution.

Sept. 27, 2012 - An Airman received an Article 15, suspended reduction to E-1, 14 days extra duty, and a reprimand for dereliction of duty: neglect, and making a false official statement

Sept. 21, 2012 - A Senior Airman received an Article 15, suspended reduction in grade, and a reprimand and was administratively discharged as an Airman First Class for use of Class I, II or III controlled substances.

Sept. 17, 2012 - A Technical Sergeant received an Article 15, suspended reduction in grade and a reprimand for making and signing a false official statement.

Aug. 31, 2012 - A Senior Airman received a 12-month driving ban and a £400.00 fine for driving under the influence of alcohol. The member's promotion to Staff Sergeant was denied.

July 20, 2012 - An Airman First Class received a general discharge for minor disciplinary infractions.

May 11, 2012 - A Technical Sergeant received an honorable discharge for failure to meet fitness standards.
