How does the individual portray that core value?  
Master Sgt. Garcia, 352nd Special Operations Group quality assurance chief inspector, said Ellis' integrity is critical in enforcing maintenance standards, and being a fair and impartial inspector.

Why is serving in the Air Force important to you? 
Our nation's defense is a volunteer service. It is important that as many people as possible do their jobs as well as they can, and also ensure the people who join want to stay and do the same thing. If we can accomplish that, we will keep the quality of our service high.

What accomplishment during your Air Force career are you most proud of?
Becoming the go-to technical expert of my aircraft electrical/environmental systems shop.

What are your personal and/or professional goals? 
My personal goals are to have children, keep a healthy active lifestyle. My professional goal is to teach in a classroom setting and help others see and achieve their potential.

What is your favorite part of your job?
I like making positive change in my career field, and outside my career field. I enjoy helping and teaching the maintenance shop leads daily.
