How does the individual portray that core value?
 Senior Airman Morgan always asks leadership if there is anything else he can do to help when his assigned work is completed, said Tech. Sgt. Stacia Zachary, NCO in charge of internal information. He has also, unsolicited, stepped up to mentor and train newly assigned Airmen by helping them merge their talents from their trained air force specialty code of journalist into a recently Air Force consolidated AFSC of photojournalist.

Why is serving in the Air Force important to you?
 Audie Murphy is my inspiration. I grew up watching "To hell and back," and seeing someone who was considered challenged for being as small as he was come out of World War II and become one of the most highly decorated Army Soldiers inspires me to push through the hard times and fight to serve my country.

What accomplishment during your Air Force career are you most proud of?
While I am proud of my work, it's the strong impacts that I can make that mean more to me. I like to know that things I do have a lasting impact on people ... when I do that, I feel that is my greatest accomplishment.

What are your personal and/or professional goals?
I want to become a First Sergeant one day. Eventually, I want to earn my doctorate in pshychology.

What is your favorite part of your job?
Creativeness. Being able to show things through my photography the way I envision them is something I enjoy most.
