"SrA Ray goes above and beyond in any task he performs and achieves results on a tremendous level, said Staff Sgt. Barrett Chappelle, 100th SFS Military Working Dog handler. "He is not only a well rounded Airman, but he is critical to our mission success, morale, and is a sterling example for our Airmen to follow." Why is serving in the Air Force important to you? I`m proud to serve my country and I`m honored to protect my friends and family. What accomplishment during your Air Force career are you most proud of? Being awarded the Army Commendation Medal while deployed to Afghanistan for assisting in a sting operation at the post office involving illegal drugs and responding to incoming mortar attacks. What are your personal and/or professional goals? I want to complete my Bachelors degree in Business Administration and gain a personal trainer certification. Upon retiring from the Air Force I plan on opening a fitness center and co-owning a bar and grill with my brother. What is your favorite part of your job?
