How does the individual portray that core value?
A1C Austin strives to be the best that he can be, said Tech Sgt. Latanja Stelle, 100th OSS NCO in charge of airfield operations. From his initial job training and introduction into the military lifestyle he has taken every step to do things right the first time and every time.

Why is serving in the Air Force important to you?
Serving in the Air Force gives me so many opportunities. I have the opportunity to learn new things, meeting so many different types of people, going to school, and travelling.

What accomplishment during your Air Force career are you most proud of?
Getting my 5-skill level and earning the title Airfield Field Management Shift Lead (AMSL). With this title I have become more confident and gained a better understanding of my job and my role in the 100th Air Refueling Wing mission.

What are your personal and/or professional goals?
I would love to become a fitness instructor. I think being healthy is very important in the accomplishment of other things.

What is your favorite part of your job?
Being able to interact with people. I am in contact with more 30 base support agencies through the day transmitting crucial information to foreign flight planning agencies, controlling the airspace and speaking with pilots flying the aircraft.
