Core Value Portrayed:
"Excellence In All We Do."

How does the individual portray that core value?
Staff Sgt. Theobald challenges himself in the face of all new tasks, said Master Sgt. Javier Gonzalez from the 352nd SOSS. Applying all three aspects of the core value, Theobald has mastered security forces' most difficult courses, serving to be one of the best instructors in the career field. His achievements in resource maintenance and acquisition have served to raise his team's equipment readiness to its highest level on record. On the personal level of Excellence, Theobald demonstrates model leadership in mental and physical readiness, crushing Air Force averages in fitness and setting the standard for professional competence in both deployed and garrison roles, he said. His efforts in joint and combined operations have cemented the security mission of his unit and proved invaluable in the ability to rapidly deploy force protection under unconventional demands.

Personally, I hope to be awarded my bachelor's degree in security management before my time here at Mildenhall is complete. Professionally, I hope to make the rank of technical sergeant my first time in this upcoming cycle.

What is your favorite part of your job?
My favorite part of the job is getting the opportunity to see new places, meet new people and learn new and exciting things.
