The winners of the Air Force Clubs' Football Frenzy drawing traveled to Louisiana to watch the New Orleans Saints play the Atlanta Falcons Nov. 11, 2012.

One of the winners of the contest was Col. Michael McNerney, 352nd Special Operations Group deputy commander.

"We were very excited to have a club member from RAF Mildenhall win the Football Frenzy drawing," said Janelle Brown, 100th Force Support Squadron Galaxy Club general manager.

The Football Frenzy drawing prize package included game tickets, airfare, a rental car and hotel accommodations.

"We had good seats," said McNerney. "They gave us everything we needed and even provided binoculars so we could watch the game better."

There are multiple Football Frenzy drawings during football season for regular games and a drawing at the end of the season for tickets to the Super Bowl.

In order to participate in the Football Frenzy, drawing contestants must be a member of the Air Force Club or an adult dependant, attend the Football Frenzy promotion at the club and fill out an entry form.

"Football season is a good time for the club," said Brown. "We see an increase in people coming to the club just to watch the game on the big screen.

"During football season we definitely see a boost in morale, and there is a sense of camaraderie around the club as people show up to support their teams," said Brown.
