How does the individual portray that core value?
As the NCOIC of the352 SOMXS Maintenance Operations Center, Tech. Sgt Comer is responsible for accurate aircraft status reporting to aircraft tracking systems and to the 352 SOG leadership, said 2nd Lt. Matthew Avila, 352 SOMXS maintenance operations flight commander. This is accomplished by gathering information from the combined maintenance efforts of the 352 SOMXS and 100th Air Refueling Wing maintainers. MOC Weapons System Controllers validate the information and then update the aircraft status reporting systems. Utilizing the talents and capabilities of each MOC Controller; Comer has been able to consistently improve the accuracy & efficiency of the 352 SOMXS MOC's processes & products.

Why is serving in the Air Force important to you?
The Air Force has given me an opportunity to be a part of something bigger than myself.

What accomplishment during your Air Force career are you most proud of?
I am most proud of my numerous deployments during Operation Enduring Freedom/Iraqi Freedom. Working with our sister services and having such a direct impact on coalition missions really gave me a great perspective of the Air Force mission.

What are your personal and/or professional goals?
My goals are to complete my degree and to become a First Sergeant.

What is your favorite part of your job?
My favorite part of my job is being able to work alongside and learn from my fellow airmen.
