How does the individual portray that core value?
In the short time that Hilua has been stationed here, she has qualified to work without supervision, said Senior Master Sgt. Christopher Truncellito, 100th CS first sergeant. Since then, many customers have commented on how professional and efficient she is throughout the entire process of fixing their network issues. Because of her desire to be better at her job, she continuously gains knowledge and improves her skills, he said. Hilua was just selected as the 100th CS Performer of the Month for September 2012 in the Airman category.

Why is serving in the Air Force important to you?
It's an opportunity to do something bigger than myself. It's also a challenge to see what one person can do in the greater scope of things.

What accomplishment during your Air Force career are you most proud of?
 I am most proud of graduating from tech school.

What are your personal and/or professional goals?
Personal: Pursue a bachelor's degree. Professional: Become proficient at my job.

What is your favorite part of your job?
Every day is a learning experience!
