The 100th Air Refueling Wing Public Affairs office recently announced new hours of operation for studio photos.

Walk-in appointments for head-and-shoulders pictures are now available Mondays from 8 to 11 a.m. and 1 to 4 p.m., on a first-come, first-served basis. Official photos can also be taken on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and full-length photos on Thursday afternoons, by appointment only.

"The change in studio hours allows our photographers more flexibility to capture and cover the mission here," said Staff Sgt. Tabitha Lee, 100th ARW photographer.

The public affairs office realizes that people have varying schedules and the photographers are willing to work with customers' emerging circumstances.

"If a person is unable to fit the set studio hours into their schedule, we will do our best to work with them; all they have to do is give us a call," said Lee.

Even though the studio hours are changing, the level of customer service will not change.

"We will continue to provide the same level of customer service our customers have come to expect," said Lee.

Studio appointments are scheduled in 30 minute increments, but the public affairs office requests that people arrive 10 minutes prior to their appointment, so that they may change into their service dress and fill-out necessary paperwork.

A photo is categorized as "official" if it meets any of the following requirements: if an individual is required to have one on file by Air Force Instruction; if the photo is for an award (group-level or above), or if the photo is for special duty packages. For special duty packages, please bring a copy of the photo requirements.
