Customer service knows no bounds at the 100th Force Support Squadron Civilian Personnel Office, and that's evident with their new public website, linked from RAF Mildenhall's homepage.

With a pending conversion of the 100th FSS website into the new Air Force Services web portal, a break in the flow of information and significant web contact vital to customers was possible. However, the 100th FSS and 100th Air Refueling Wing Public Affairs leaned forward to create a CPO link off the base's homepage to seamlessly bridge the flow of information as the conversion occurs.

"We want our customers to have time to adjust to the conversion and start looking at the public sites for their information," said Valecia Dunbar, 100th FSS Marketing director. "The 100th FSS Marketing Division will continue to publicize morale, welfare and recreation activities through the new services web portal, which is scheduled to be online starting in December."

British Civilians looking for base jobs may find information related to the Local National Direct Hire program by navigating to the RAF Mildenhall home page and clicking on the Civilian Personnel tab on the right-hand side of the page. All other information and news stories on the website are public domain, and also accessible.

Additionally, the page houses information for American applicants seeking government employment, information for management and supervisors, useful links, and equal opportunity employment information.

"The CPO offers a full range of strategic human resource support to the United Kingdom, Norway and Greenland, and provides world-class service through stellar customer service, strategic consultation and managing resources to achieve mission goals," Capt Richelle Hill, 100th FSS Manpower and Personnel Section Flight commander. "Our goal is to have all of our APF funded activities onto the public website by December."
