Base members invited to attend 100th ARW symposium, summit on 'building partnerships' Published Jan. 13, 2011 By Staff Reports 100th Air Refueling Wing Public Affairs RAF MILDENHALL, England -- Team Mildenhall military members have the opportunity to attend the 100th Air Refueling Wing Building Partnerships Symposium and Leadership Summit Jan. 18 at the 100th Operations Group auditorium. The event runs from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and along with briefings from three guest speakers: Maj. Ann Marie Halle, Chief of the Special Warfare Branch of the LeMay Center, Maxwell Air Force Base, Ala.; Col. John H. Kafer, Chief, Building Partnerships Division, Headquarters U.S. Air Forces in Europe, Ramstein Air Base, Germany; and Col. Sonny P. Blinkinsop, U.S. Air Attaché to the United Kingdom. Topics of discussion throughout the day include building enduring partnerships in Europe, USAFE staff assignments, building partnerships in the Air Force and Joint Doctrine, and Defense Attaché System and the International Airman Program. Lunch will be at the Galaxy Club from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. The guest speakers will be sharing their perspectives on leadership and career development during separate afternoon sessions. "We hope (people) will take advantage of this opportunity to delve into building partnerships and the Air Force doctrine, as well as meet the speakers to get their views on leadership and career development," said Col.
