Sparks are flying
RAF MILDENHALL, England -- Paul Blackbird, a local contractor, uses a welder and welding rod on 6-inch steel pipe Sept. 22. Once the welding is finished, the metal pipe will be used to complete a circuit and link the district heating main back to the boiler house.
