RAF MILDENHALL, England -- The Galaxy Club is scheduled to host this year's Ultra Bodies contest June 19 at 6 p.m. with the prejudging starting at 4 p.m.

The event includes four categories for men's and women's divisions: Lightweight, Middleweight, Light-Heavyweight and Heavyweight.

Tickets cost $10 per person and the entry fee for contestants is $55.

Tyrone Grissett, the event coordinator, says the contest is all about muscle definition.

"The appearance of the muscles is the goal, not necessarily strength," he said. "Dieting, exercise and weightlifting is what builds the mass judges are looking for."
