RAF MILDENHALL, England --  Flags will be flown at half staff Tuesday in honor of Air Chief Marshal Sir Christopher Moran, commonly known as Sir Chris Moran. He was a fast jet pilot and later a senior commander in the Royal Air Force. For more on ACM Moran, click here.
