May 100th Air Refueling Wing Public Affairs RAF MILDENHALL, England -- A presentation to celebrate the life of Martin Luther King, Jr., will be held Jan. 13 at 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. at the RAF Mildenhall base theater. The event will feature video, drama, readings and singing, Major. Eric Strumph, RAF Mildenhall point of contact for the presentation, stated in an E-mail. "Clearly the Air Force community benefits from the Civil Rights victories of the '60s that brought about equal rights and contributed to a climate of mutual respect," the major said of Dr. King's work and its impact on the Air Force. "Dr. King also teaches us that strength comes from teamwork and diversity, as evident in our force today," Major Strumph added. "We hope to see that strong showing of diversity Jan. 13."
