Ready, steady, 5-k run

RAF MILDENHALL, England --  The monthly Team Mildenhall 5k Run is right around the corner. In fact it's this Friday, Dec 18, starting promptly at 3 p.m. It takes place at the South-side Outdoor Course located across the street from the Hardstand Fitness Center near the "60 Acres" softball fields.

The run is mandatory for Active Duty personnel. This run is not a formation run, making it easy for everyone to get involved. Civilians, kids, even pets are highly encouraged to take part.

Prizes will be awarded (courtesy of the 100th Force Support Squadron) to the top three finishers in male and female categories: Turkeys for the first place winners, hams for the second place finishers, and T-shirts and water bottles for the third place finishers. No need to pre-register - just show up, stretch and run.
