The Air Force News Holiday Greeting team will be here Saturday, Sept. 12 to film Airmen and their families' Hometown Holiday Greetings. This will be the only opportunity to film greetings for this holiday season.

When: Saturday, Sept. 12, 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.

What: AFNews Filming Hometown Holiday Greetings

Where: In front of the BXtra.

Who: Anyone with a family tie within the U.S. and its territories is eligible.

How: Greetings will be shot on a first come-first served basis

Important information for greetings

1)  Civilians can participate in greetings if they are DoD.
2) If participants plan on sending more than one greeting (one to mom in Las Vegas and one to dad in Oregon) they must fill out two forms. Basically one form for each greeting.
3) Phone numbers for relatives are not a must have. This is so the network can call the families and let them know when the greeting will air. It's an option, not a requirement.
4) Form must be filled out in ink.
5) Form must be filled out in all capital letters.
6) People will not be allowed to get in line after the end time. We will however stay as long as needed (within reason) to make sure everyone in line at the end time gets their greeting complete.
