Health and Wellness Center schedule of events

The following is a list of events being put on by the Health and Wellness Center during the month of July.

All classes are held at the center and can be booked by squadron Unit Fitness Program Manager or by calling the HAWC on DSN 238-7161. We also offer calipers (body Fat measurements); dietary appointments; fitness consults, any of which can be booked by calling Kelly Livett at DSN 238-7161.

The center is located inside Building 849, the Hardstand Fitness Center.

Parenting Classes are offered every Wednesday from 1 to 2:30 p.m. No appointments are necessary. 

Relaxation Room with Massage Chair and Light Therapy Room - No appointment needed 30 minutes per session.

There will be a Runner's Clinic every month - July's class will be July 23 from 8:30 to 10:30 a.m.

Also a New class, Back Strengthening and Injury Prevention, will be held July 17, from 8:30 to 10:30 a.m.

(NOTE: HLP = Healthy Living Program; HLP F/U, non-runners = follow-up sessions for members in mandatory fitness programs; BCIP 1, 2 = Body Composition Improvement Classes; Excel AFT = Improve Air Force Fitness through cardio and core training)
