Mike Schendel, RAF Mildenhall education chief, said briefings are scheduled for later this summer to educate servicemembers on the program's eligibility requirements and how they can transfer their G.I. Bill benefits to their dependents. Dates for the briefings are not available yet, but Mr. Schendel said Terrell Matthews, education guidance counselor, is available to brief individual units at their commander's request.
