Members of Team Mildenhall are invited to attend a Health and Fitness Expo from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Northside Fitness Center May 29.

The event is designed to promote healthy lifestyles, said Master Sgt. Paul McCourty, 100th Force Support Squadron fitness and sports director.

Anyone who comes out will have the opportunity to win a Wii Fit or Garmin Satellite Navigation system among other prizes, Sergeant McCourty said.

Several vendors will be on hand to promote and give away fitness-related products, and there will be activities, food and music, the master sergeant added. Qualified personnel will be performing gait analyses to determine running style and prevent possible injuries by suggesting proper running shoes.

"Come out for the physical challenges," Sergeant McCourty said. The challenges include a tire flip, HUMVEE push, Spin-a-Thon and a grueling Box D Challenge comprised of 10 physically-demanding stations.

The expo is free and open to everyone.
