RAF MILDENHALL, England -- The following is a list of events being put on by the Health and Wellness Center during the month of May.
All classes are held at the center and can be booked by squadron Unit Fitness Program Manager or by calling the HAWC on DSN 238-7161. We also offer calipers (body Fat measurements); dietary appointments; fitness consults, any of which can be booked by calling Ms. Kelly Livett at DSN 238-7161.
The center is located inside Building 849, the Hardstand Fitness Center.
Stress and Anger Management classes are offered every Wednesday, Please let us know if you would like to attend.
Stress Management classes are held from 2:30 to 3:30 p.m.
Anger Management classes are held from 3:30 to 4:30 p.m.
Parenting Classes are offered every Wednesday from 1 to 2:30 p.m. No appointments are necessary the next session begins first Wednesday of the month.
Relaxation Room with Massage Chair and Light Therapy Room - No Appointment needed 30 minutes per session.
There will be a Runner's Clinic every month - May's class will be 8:30-10:30 a.m. Tues 26th May 8:30-10:30 a.m.
(NOTE: HLP = Healthy Living Program; HLP F/U, non-runners = follow-up sessions for members in mandatory fitness programs; BCIP 1, 2 = Body Composition Improvement Classes; Excel AFT = Improve Air Force Fitness through cardio and core training)

This month is May fitness Month; The HAWC will be holding a combined class on Running & Sports nutrition on May 26 and taking part in the Fitness Expo at the North side Gym at the end of the month May 29. Where there will be an exercise/fitness contest as well as body fat testing and HAWC Information Booth.
