RAF Mildenhall Health & Wellness Center October events announced

The following is a list of events being put on by the Health and Wellness Center during the month of October.

All classes are held at the center and can be booked by squadron Unit Fitness Program Manager or by calling the HAWC on DSN 238-7161. We also offer calipers (body Fat measurements); dietary appointments; fitness consults, any of which can be booked by calling Kelly Livett at DSN 238-7161.

The center is located inside Building 849, the Hardstand Fitness Center.

Stress and Anger Management classes are offered every Wednesday, no need to sign-up. Just show up.

Stress Management classes are held from 2:30 to 3:30 p.m.
Anger Management classes are held from 3:30 to 4:30 p.m.

Parenting Classes are offered every Wednesday from 1 to 2:30 p.m. No appointments are necessary the next session begins first Wednesday of the month.

Relaxation Room with Massage Chair and Light Therapy Room - No Appointment needed 30 minutes per session.

There will be a Runner's Clinic, date yet to be set.

Kettle Bell Seminar Saturday Oct. 18, 1 to 4 p.m. Cost is 15 Pounds to reserve a place. Please call the HAWC on DSN 238-7161.
