The Air Force News Holiday Greeting team will be here Friday, Oct. 3, to film Airmen and their families' Hometown Holiday Greetings. This will be the final opportunity to film greetings for this holiday season.

When: Friday, Oct. 3, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

What: AFNews Filming Hometown Holiday Greetings

Where: In front of the 100th Air Refueling Wing Headquarters, Building 239 (across from the Galaxy Club).

Who: Anyone with a family tie within the U.S. and its territories is eligible.

How: Greetings will be shot on a first come-first served basis

Important information for greetings

1) Military members must be in uniform. If they are not in uniform they will not be able to participate.
2) Civilians can participate in greetings if they are DoD.
3) If participants plan on sending more than one greeting (one to mom in Las Vegas and one to dad in Oregon) they must fill out two forms. Basically one form for each greeting.
4) Phone numbers for relatives are not a must have. This is so the network can call the families and let them know when the greeting will air. It's an option, not a requirement.
5) Form must be filled out in ink.
6) Form must be filled out in all capital letters.
7) People will not be allowed to get in line after the end time. We will however stay as long as needed (within reason) to make sure everyone in line at the end time gets their greeting complete.
