St. Nicholas Hospice
We currently have eight thrift shops in the local area which help support the 7,000 pound per day hospice operation. They are located in Brandon, Thetford, Bury St Edmunds, Haverhill, Sudbury, Newmarket and two shops in Mildenhall, all of whom need volunteers to man the shops under the guidance of a paid Manager. We also have a warehouse in Bury St Edmunds which needs both men and women to help. The hospice is also in need of volunteers, from cleaners, catering staff, administration and of course nurses.
