"Tech. Sgt. Trupti Warren excelled as a "Sharp Troop," serving as the interim base information management functional manager from September 2007 to February 2008 while assigned to the 100th Communications Squadron Stan/Eval Section.

She was a cornerstone of executing communications transformation initiatives including squadron "four to two flight" restructuring, managing a PBD 720 reduction of 19 3A UMD billets in the wing, and the standup of the Client Focal Point and Client Support Team concepts.

She superbly managed training, resource allocation, and deployment posturing of 100 ARW information managers during AEF 9/10 cycles, ran the quarterly and annual IM awards program, and conducted forums while senior ranking information managers were deployed or departed for a permanent change of station.

Her efforts also affected communicators assigned to RAF Mildenhall partner units as well. As a result of her superb performance, the USAFE/A6 Chief IM Career Field Functional Manager and Communications Squadron commander lauded her performance; and, she was awarded recognition from the 133rd Communications Flight, Minnesota Air National Guard, for facilitating IM training during their recent two-week visit to the base.

Sergeant  Warren truly earned the first RAFM Chief's Group "Sharp Troop" Award.
