RAF Mildenhall professional development center announces March classes

The 100th Air Refueling Wing Professional Development Center recently announced classes available to Airmen this month. 

"It's important for Airmen to take these advantages to be rounded and work on their future," said Master Sgt. Matthew Becker, 100th Mission Support Squadron PDC superintendent. "There's a saying, 'enhance today, advance tomorrow' and it's true. Everything they learn today they can use tomorrow." 

The PDC is offering the following classes: 

March 4 -- Time Management. Get tips and tricks to help maximize your time-management techniques. Click here

March 17 (9 to 10:30 a.m.) -- Whole Person Concept. Learn how to effectively balance duty, education and community involvement. Click here.

March 19 (9 to 11 a.m.) -- New Enlisted Performance Report Class. Learn about the Air Force's new EPR. Click here

March, 20 (10:30 to 11:30 a.m) -- Air National Guard Brief. If you're considering enlisting with the Air National Guard, this briefing will provide helpful information. Click here.

March 25 (8 a.m.to 4:30 p.m.) -- Senior NCO Enhancement Seminar. This one-day class is taught by chiefs and is geared toward honing a master sergeant's understanding of stratification, leadership versus management, endorsements, promotion board process and more. Click here.

March 26 - 27 (7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.) -- Airmen Enhancement Seminar: This two-day course is focused on "rebluing" your E-1 thru E-4 Airmen. The first day is geared toward refocusing on the basics. The second day includes a team-building field trip to RAF Marham and will pair Airmen with RAF Airmen of similar Air Force specialty code equivalents allowing first-hand interactions. Click here.
