RAF MILDENHALL, England --  In the pre-dawn stadium lighting of RAF Mildenhall's Heritage Park, Col. Brian P. Cutts, 352nd Special Operations Group commander, displays technical sergeant stripes to a stunned but smiling (then) Staff Sgt. Jared Pietras, 321st Special Tactics Squadron combat controller, and his coworkers 28 Dec. 

Chief Master Sgt. Jeffery Moser, 352nd SOG command chief (back to camera), moves around the newly step promoted technical sergeant in preparation of taping the rank to his T-shirt. The two leaders interrupted a unit football match to make the presentation.
