Why is serving in the Air Force important to you?
Serving in the Air Force is important to me because it allows me to set the example for two important people in my life: my niece and nephew.

What accomplishment during your Air Force career are you most proud of?
I'm most proud of being awarded the 352nd Special Operations Wing Airman of the Year.

What are your personal and/or professional goals?
Further my education with Ashford University and complete my Community College of the Air Force degree within the next year.Make staff sergeant my first time testing.

What is your favorite part of your job?
The favorite part of my job is working with aircrew and answering any questions they might have, and being able to see how I directly affect the mission on a day to day basis. 

How does the individual portray that core value?
"I have had the distinct pleasure of supervising and knowing Senior Airman Kiel for a year," said Staff Sgt. Krital Lane, 352nd SOW Squadron Aviation Resource Management NCO in charge. "He is extremely charismatic, very organized, approaches projects systematically and manages his time effectively.  He responds with resilience and efficiency to change difficulties.   Kiel was recently recognized as the 352 SOW Group Aviation Resource Management Airman of the Year and the 352nd SOW Airman of the Year."
