The 2015 Total Force Climate Survey is scheduled to run from March 13 to April 27, 2015.

The chief of staff of the Air Force directed survey enables Air Force active duty, reserve, guard, appropriated fund and non-appropriated fund civilians to voice their concerns to leadership.

Airmen and Department of Defense civilian personnel will receive a personal invitation to participate in the survey through their government email in the coming weeks. Participants can provide feedback to leadership on topics such as deployments, trust in Air Force leadership, satisfaction, resources, recognition and performance.

The total force results will be briefed to the secretary of the Air Force and CSAF. Unit specific results will be provided to leaders whose units have 10 or more respondents. Anonymity of respondents is protected by limiting the demographic breakdown of information to officer, enlisted, civilian, and active duty, reserve, guard and civilian. Caution is advised not to reveal individual identity in survey responses.

The 2012 Air Force Climate Assessment had more than 163,000 respondents. Results showed more than 83 percent of the survey respondents were happy with their jobs and 95 percent agreed their unit is successfully accomplishing its mission. Additionally 82 percent of respondents were generally satisfied with the Air Force.
