Why is serving in the Air Force important to you?
I lived in a small town in Oklahoma where neighbors, teachers and friends served their country in one branch or another, not to mention many of my own family members. Seeing this not only made me proud of where I'm from, but encouraged me to serve my nation and help preserve the freedom past generations had already bestowed upon me. My skills and talents landed me in the Air Force where I thought I could produce the most positive change for myself and my country.

What accomplishment during your Air Force career are you most proud of?
Throughout my career I have achieved several milestones and accomplishments that I am proud of.  From my first deployment to Afghanistan and inventing new processes used around the entire area of responsibility, to working in the installation personnel readiness office deploying more than 400 individuals in less than 48 hours, and even running the commanders support staff where I positively affected the entire squadron.  However, every stripe earned is a culmination of all these things, and not only provides me with a great sense of accomplishment, but places me in a better position to support my family, my squadron and my Air Force.

What are your personal and/or professional goals?
My personal goals are to achieve my master's degree in business and as a single parent - yes, like the coffee mug - to be the "World's Greatest Dad."  My professional goals would entail career progression, and finding better ways of contributing to and balancing base, family and community.

What is your favorite part of your job?
Supporting America or as some of us have grown to call it "Merica" is the favorite part of my job. Some days, I feel like I do a monotonous amount of paperwork, and others I feel like I barely get out of the thickets before the dawn of the next day.  Providing those last minute updates, or informing our executive staff of critical changes not only drives our unit's success but, in the wide scope of things, helps secure our country's freedom!

How does the individual portray that core value?
"Staff Sgt. Randolph most portrays the core values of Excellence," said Tech. Sgt. Aileen Griffith, 95th Reconnaissance Squadron special security representative. "He's a one-man-deep CSS for the entire squadron. No matter what the task is, big or small, he'll do his best to ensure the task is completed correctly and on time. It doesn't matter what the rank - Airman to Colonel, Jeremy will find you the correct answer."
