Why is serving in the Air Force important to you?
Being a part of the Air Force is a point of pride, and knowing that the job at hand plays a part in defending our country is important. So far, it has been an exciting adventure, it keeps you on your toes and I think it's important to have a career that is always evolving into something greater.

What accomplishment during your Air Force career are you most proud of?
I would have to say that I am most proud of making senior airman below-the-zone, then going on to make staff sergeant regardless of all the obstacles that I had to overcome.

What are your personal and/or professional goals?
I wish to receive my bachelor's degree in criminal justice and make it through the force-reduction periods. If I end up in the civilian world, I hope to be in a good enough position to ensure my husband and I will be OK, and I would like to maybe one day become a detective. If I continue to pursue the military as a career, I would like to try and become a first sergeant. One baby step at a time though.

What is your favorite part of your job?
My favorite part is helping members accomplish an end result with an issue. Resolving an issue and having customers leave in a better mood than when they arrived is like a sense of accomplishment. Also, knowing that regardless of what job I hold, it plays a role in the overall mission.

How does the individual portray that core value?
"Staff Sgt. Bobbi Jurewicz always provides top-notch customer service to all customers she meets, in addition to being an outstanding team player," said Master Sgt. Erreca Berry, 100th Comptroller Squadron customer service flight chief from Las Vegas. "No matter what we throw at her, she keeps pushing and never gives a subpar product. She keeps a smile on her face and continues to be a positive role model for our younger Airmen. I am very proud to have her as a member of our financial management flight family."
